What is the Subscribe with Enterprise cancellation policy? 

 

By enrolling as a Subscribe with Enterprise subscriber, you commit to an initial term of two full calendar months (in addition to any initial partial month), after which your subscription will renew automatically each month until canceled. 

To cancel your Subscribe with Enterprise subscription, email to subscribe@erac.com, include your Subscriber ID and let us know you would like to cancel.  

Once you provide your notice of cancellation, you must return any outstanding vehicle, along with any other items that belong to Enterprise or another party. You will remain liable for any fees (such as outstanding tickets, taxes, and additional monthly subscription fees if the vehicle is not timely returned) incurred as of or prior to the effective date of your subscription’s termination.

 

How do I cancel or unsubscribe from my Enterprise CarShare membership?

Please contact us by phone or email info@enterprisecarshare.com to cancel your membership so that we can review your account and provide instructions for returning your membership card.
