Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. A fee of 29.17 euro per rental excl VAT applies. Only one extra driver per rental is allowed.

Minimum rental age 21 years for all car groups except: EDAR, CDAR, DCMR, IDMR, CWMR- 23 years CTMR, SDMR, FDAR, IMMR, IMAR, IVMR, IVAR- 25 years All car groups - no maximum age. A young drivers surcharge for drivers between 21 and 24 years applies. A young drivers surcharge of 27.50 EUR per day plus VAT for drivers between 21 and 24 years applies.

CDW COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER- is an optional insurance which reduces the customers responsibility to the excess- deductible amount. The customer is liable for the deductible amount based on the value of the rental vehicle in cases of damage-loss if this insurance is not purchased. CDW per day is excluding VAT. Deductible with CDW is including VAT. The cost of CDW per day varies from each car class. CDW rates range from 12.98 up to 18.47 EUR per day with the deductible up to the amount of 2500.00 EUR.

One way rentals are permitted for all vehicle groups in Corsica with the exception of compact CDAR, CTMR intermediate IVAR, IDMR standard SDMR and full size FDAR. A drop charge of 75.84 EUR plus VAT per one-way rental applies. One way rentals are not permitted between France Corsica and France mainland. International one way rentals are also not permitted.

EXCESS PROTECTION is an optional coverage that allows the renter to reduce their excess responsibility. The price of EP is 15.00 EUR per day. For economy-mini- electric- compact- intermediate- standard- SUV- convertible reducing excess from 850.00 EUR to 150.00 EUR. Vehicle class mono space-mini-van – full size wagon-van-full size- luxury reducing excess from 2000.00 EUR to 1300.00 EUR.

Theft protection - TP theft protection is an optional insurance which reduces the customers loss or theft responsibility to the excess-deductible amount. The customer is liable for between 8,500.00 to 40,000.00 EUR of the damage-loss if this insurance is not purchased. TP per day is excluding vat. Deductible with TP is including vat, the cost of TP per day varies from each car class. TP rates range from up to 7.11 EUR plus vat per day with the deductible up to the amount of 5000.00 EUR.

CROSS BORDER POLICY - CROSS BORDER TRAVEL IS NOT PERMITTED.

PAI - PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE provides cover for the driver and passengers, subject to the permitted number of occupants in the vehicle, in the event of death or permanent disablement per accident. The cost of PAI is 5.83 EUR per day plus VAT. Coverage amounts vary from country to country and may also vary depending on whether an adult or a child is involved. Similarly partial disability may lead to a lower payment or to no payment at all if disability percentage is below a certain threshold.

Amex, Mastercard, Visa is accepted. Charge cards, Travellers Cheques in euro currency, vouchers are also accepted. Cash rentals are not allowed. Deposit - a valid credit card is always required for the deposit which will be held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned. Deposit held on credit card ranges for 950 EUR to 2500 EUR according to car group.

Basic 24-7 roadside assistance is provided in case of breakdown. The customer must phone the pickup location or breakdown tel number provided at the time of rental pickup. 0800 13 12 11 or 33 149937361 from a mobile. If necessary a replacement car will be provided. Roadside assistance protection is an optional coverage product which can be purchased for 4.17 EUR per day plus VAT which covers the renter should he or she require further assistance not covered by basic roadside assistance e.g in case of accident. This service is accessible 24-7 via 0825 13 12 11 or 33 149937361. The service provider is Mondial Assistance.

Renters must present a valid driving license held for a minimum of one year. The license must be in Roman alphabet. An international driving license is valid only if presented with the domestic driving license. For licenses not in Roman alphabet an international driving license will be required.
